Caitlin has been in the industry for 16 years and has been owner of the TheCuttingRoomHairBoutique for 6 years. Her passion and love for the industry is shown through her work and the relationships she has formed with all her clientele.

Regan has been in the industry for 11 years and has managed salon for 4 of those years. Her love of hair and her clientele is shown in all aspects of her work. She continues to educate herself in all aspects of the industry.
